Game, fish from the North Sea, salty plants from the Groningen mudflats, and delicate vegetables and herbs from gardens in and around Groningen. Restaurant Blumé offers modern, elegant, and seasonal dishes. The menu is curated by Henrice Dijks and his team.

From Monday to Thursday, you can choose from a three, five, or seven-course menu, and on Fridays and Saturdays, there is a choice of a five, six, or seven-course menu.

This involves using the latest techniques, providing you with a true gastronomic experience in terms of taste, texture, and ambiance.
